MOD AI Deployment Roadmap
Phase 1
Feasibility, Site Control & INITIAL Deployment
- Conduct feasibility study with third party consultants
- Fabricate immersion-cooled data center containers
- Engage utilities or grid operators for Battery, Energy, and Storage System (BESS)
- Pre-lease capacity to crypto miners, AI, or cloud clients
- Optimize modular design
- Build early investor and partner consortium
Phase 2
Manufacturing & Deployment
- Procure solar and backup fuel cell systems as needed
- Begin site mobilization and infrastructure setup
- Deploy first modules and integrate with BESS
- Commission systems and initiate operational performance tracking
Phase 3
Scaling & Grid Optimization
- Add additional containerized units to build modular campus clusters
- Expand solar and battery capacity where applicable
- Partner with grid operators for peak shaving, BESS tolling, or dispatch services
- Introduce smart energy management software for real-time optimization
- Optimize uptime and client load management with demand forecasting
Phase 4
Global Replication & Monetization
- Deploy model in new markets with energy surplus or data demand
- Structure JVs or licensing deals to expand internationally
- Monetize RECs, ITCs, carbon offsets, or battery services
- Package revenue streams for long-term investment (e.g., REIT, green bonds, or infrastructure funds)
